• Account Payable changes

  • AU 21 Inquiry MENU
    

    • Features include:
      Vendor listing by number or name, check listings and check research help, A/P paid for previous and current years,

    • check listings search by vendor name, vendor number, date, check number or period

  • AU 21, 21 A/P 2009 Inquiry MENU
    

    • Features include:
      check search by period, unpaid invoice listing by vendor number, vendor name or date, invoices due by selected period.

• General Ledger changes

  • GU 23 G/L Inquiry Menu
    

    • Features include:
      chart of accounts by account name or number listing, listing of G/L Posts, Transaction searches, Unposted & Posted charges listing & more.

  • GU 23, 20 G/L 2009 Inquiry MENU
    

    • Features include:
      Transaction listing by selected period, closed transaction listing by period, Sales-ROA-Inventory transaction listing by period, and A/P transaction listing by period.

• Receivables Changes

  • RI 16, 17 Customer Balance Inquiries
    

    • Features include:
      view high customer balances with phone numbers and if they are still active

• Inventory Changes

  • MU 18, 22-23 Delete old inventory Skus
    

    • Features include:

      • Option 22 ability to delete skus that have not been purchased or sold since 2007 and which have a current onhand balance of 0 (zero).

      • Option 23 ability to delete all skus from category XX.

    In order to use this feature you must have a category XX (for unused skus) and you must change the category on the sku to XX.

IBS 2009-2010 Limited Support Dates

Messages left during that time will be answered ONLY if there is a system server emergency.

• 2009-2010 Holiday Schedule (Pending holidays marked in yellow)

  • Sept 7th, 2009 - Labor Day (Emergency calls only)

  • Nov 27th, 2009 - Thanksgiving (No calls)

  • Dec 24th, 2009 - After 6pm EST (Emergency calls only)

  • Dec 25th, 2009 - Christmas (No calls)

  • Dec 31th, 2009 - New Years Eve (Emergency calls only)

  • Jan 01, 2010 - New Years Day (Emergency calls only)

  • May 31, 2010 - Memorial day (Emergency calls only)

  • July 04, 2010 - Independence day (Emergency calls only)
