Ordering Your Update Tape

Before starting the update we need to check your version. 

• Instructions on checking your software version are listed here.

Update Option 1 - Send us a tape

• Send us a nightly backup tape and we will run a trial conversion then send you back the tape with the update conversion program. 
• This service is included with your monthly software support.

Update Option 2 - Purchase an update tape

• Purchase a conversion tape and we will send you a backup tape with the conversion software on it to bring your system to the most current version.
• After conversion you may keep the tape and add it to your nightly backup rotation.

Update Option 3 - Have IBS onsite for software update

• IBS Charges the following for this service:
  • Meals (per diem), lodging & travel (average is $1200-1,600/ per trip)
  • Hourly onsite support rate is $81.25/hour (average is $650.00/ 8 hour day onsite). 
    Please note: If you have remaining training days or hours available they may be counted towards the IBS onsite time.
