Warranty Issues
- Please note that IBS does not manufacture, develop or
support most PC hardware/software packages.
- We provide only
limited support for these products.

PC support and/or installation assistance will be billed at our current
hourly rates (billed on a 1/2 hour basis).
- If you require regular PC support you may
consider hiring a local technician. Please note that any calls made by
a PC technician on your behalf will be billed to your account.

Every PC should have the following software installed:
CRITICAL
- 1 Firewall (more than 1 is not recommended),
CRITICAL
- 1 Anti-Virus Protection Package (more than 1 is not
recommended)
CRITICAL
- 1 or more Anti-Spyware package(s)

Equipment Purchased directly from IBS

If equipment failure
is less than 30 days from date of purchase call IBS for
replacement.

is greater than 30 days from date of purchase you must contact
the manufacturer. IBS can assist with phone numbers or
directions to their websites if requested.

If equipment failure is covered
under an extended warranty separate from the manufacturer
warranty you must contact the extended warranty specialists.
All documentation is included with the original equipment
delivery.
