not supported by IBS personnel.
- Limited technical support on reinstallation of programs after system
failure may be obtained for a fee.

The following Hourly rates apply to all Software questions.
- Fee schedule $81.25/hour (billed on a half-hour basis).
- All Fees subject to change without notice.
- IBS reserves the right to discontinue or refuse product support at any
time.
