I'm showing past due on accounts that should be current

Problem reported on 11/16/2007 13:50 EST

 Resolution
Run the calculate service charges option (RP 2)

What caused this problem
The user skipped RP #2 (Calculate Service Charges). That meant that all the information printing was based on the previous months service charges.
