GI 16 - Open / Closed Period Listing

Overview

What does this option do?

This option provides a quick review of what periods are still open.

When should I take this option?

Select this option whenever you need a quick review of what periods are open, closed or show no activity.

What fields are displayed

• 1 = Period is open
• 2 = Period has been closed
  • Period was closed either manually in GU 16, Company ID or normally in GU 14, 2 (Period Close)
• Blank - No posted activity

• All periods will display.
