RU 1 (Screen 3) Cash Receipts and Adjustments

Warning

• Pay last statement does exactly as it says. It distributes the full payment to account then gives the remaining balance as a discount.
• If you pay last statement you will pay off the entire last statement! Make sure that is what you want to do!!!

Field Descriptions

• Pay last statement 'y' or 'n' -
  • y = pay off entire statement
  • n = post payment as is
• F3 End - exits back to Receivables Menu (see screen 5)
• F12 Cancel - exits back to previous screen
