Guidelines

Voucher and check reversals is dependent on what step in the process you are currently at.

• If your voucher has not been posted you can delete the voucher or batch in AU 1

• If your voucher has been posted but the check has not printed you can reverse the voucher in AU 21, 20

• If your check has been printed you can reverse the check in AU 21, 21
