Receipts and Adjustments asks me to 'ADD' or 'END'

Problem

• Upon entering RU #1 the following message appears:
  

Cause

• This is caused by an abnormal exit from the payments and adjustments screen; power loss, ethernet line unplugged, switching power on/off.

Resolution

• To fix this error Type 'END' then press ENTER.
• This will close the previous batch and return you to the previous screen.
• After you are back on the menu take option 1 again and you can begin posting.
  

Shown below is the normal Screen that appears when you select RU 1 (Receipts and Adjustments)
