System won't assign PO's

• Q. I have to key in my own PO's the system won't assign them
  A. Go to MU page 1c and change the 'Use system assigned PO's from No to Yes.

System assigns PO's but I want to use my own numbers

• Q. The system assigns PO's but I want to use my own numbers
  A. Go to MU page 1c and change the 'Use system assigned PO's from Yes to No.

System is set to assign POs but it won't

• Q. The system is set to assign POs but it isn't assigning them.
  • A. First, go to OI and see what the highest PO number used is (it may or may not be the last one used).
  • Second, go to MU page 1c and change the last PO number used to a number higher than the highest PO used.
• This problem happens when someone uses a PO number to create a PO that is lower than the is permitted.
