Purchasing Q. & A.

• Q. How do I create a comment line
  • A. type a '.' [period] in the sku field then press ENTER.
• Q. How do I tag a PO to print a label
  • A. type a '.' [period] in the sku field then type '@@' in the description field
• Q. How do I subtotal
  • A. type a '.' [period] in the sku field then type '*SUB' (i.e. sub-total) in the description field. This will sub-total all items since the last sub-total on the quote, po and/or sales order.
• Q. Every time I go to order 1 $50 sku the PO displays $250 in product. What is wrong?
  • A. We checked the inventory item in IU #4 and the supplier pack was set to 5. That means that ordering 1 unit from your vendor is actually 5 stocking units.
  • For example if you purchase 1 box of caulk you get 24 units in your inventory. Thus the supplier pack would be 24.
