Closing Payroll

Closing for the Year

Quick Close

• PR (Payroll Reports)
• Select option 8 (End of year)
• Key in the company number and tax year you are closing
• Key in the company number then type 'D' (Detail)
• Key in the beginning and ending date

Starting Your 1st Payroll of the New Year

Quick Start

• Go to GU (GL Update Menu)
• Select option 14 (System Control File)
• Key in the company number & 'c' for change
• Enter in your new periods for the year.
