No deductions are being taken out

Problem

• The payroll check register doesn't show any deductions being taken out and
• the payroll date period is 00/00/00

Cause

• The payroll company was not setup for payroll.
  PP Option 1 (Payroll Company Setup)
  

...but I know I setup my payroll company!

• If you think you setup the company you can go into 'PP' Option 1 (Payroll Company setup)
• Key in the company number '01' (or whichever company you are running)
• Press F1 - to display existing record.
  
• If no dates appear then you either deleted the company setup or did not create the payroll.
  

Resolution

• Run payroll company setup for the selected company
  PP Option 1
• delete any time entry sequences that have previously been entered
  PP Option 2
• Re-enter time/hours
  PP Option 2
