Anything I need to be concerned with regarding an OS upgrade
from V4R2 to V4R3? The step from R1 to R2 was pretty
painless, and I am hoping this one will be also.

pretty painless, and I would like this one to be similar
(i.e. the pre- and post- system saves combined took about
as long as the upgrade). Hardware and software installed
remains the same.

I've done three 4R2's to 4R3's this year and they were all
painless. There aren't any gotchas that I've encountered.
