Syntrax 5250 Setup Instructions

• This is not an IBS supported product.
  • For technical support you must purchase the software then contact Syntrax.
  • For assistance connecting into the IBS network call IBS Lumber Software Inc.
• This is a fee managed product. You will have a 15-day trial period in order to evaluate the product. After 15 days the software is disabled until licensed.

Step 1 - Downloading Symtrax (15-day Trial)

• You must download the software here.
• When the box appears to save or open click on OPEN.

Step 2 - Running the Setup Program

1. Welcome to Symtrax Web 5250 v1.2.03 Setup program.
   Click on NEXT.
2. On the License agreement click on I agree then click on NEXT.
3. Setup will install Symtrax Web5250 v1.2.03 in the following folder. Click on NEXT.
4. Enter the name of the Program Manager group to add Symtrax. Click on NEXT.
5. You are now ready to install Symtax Web 5250 v1.2.03. Click on NEXT.
6. Wait until the screen Installation Complete appears then click on FINISH.
