IBS Software Release Versions

Upgrade paths are as follows

• If your system is IBSV9R2M6E or below you must upgrade to IBSV9R2M6W then upgrade to IBSV11M0
  • 1st upgrade will take your software to IBSV9R2M6W
  • 2nd upgrade will take your software to IBSV11Mx
• If your system is IBSV9R2M6W or higher you can immediately upgrade to IBSV11M0
  • upgrade will take your software to IBSV11Mx

Checking Your Release Level

• go to a command line
• type 'DSPSYSVAL QUSRLIBL' then press <ENTER>
• your version will be listed on the screen as IBSV~ (an example is shown below)
  

Versions displayed in green are considered current
Versions displayed in yellow are upgrade recommended

• IBSV12 M0 (underdevelopment)

Version 11 Releases

• IBSV11M1 (Released 2008)
• IBSV11M0 (Released 2007)

Version 10 Releases

• IBSV10M1 (Released 2007)
• IBSV10M0 (Released 2006)

Versions 9 Releases

• IBSV9R2M6W (Released 2005)
• IBSV9R2M6E (Released 2004)
• IBSV9R2M6C (Released 2003)
• IBSV9R2M6B (Released 2002)
• IBSV9R2M6A (Released 2001)
• IBSV9R2M6 (Released 2000)

Version 8, Version 7 & Prior Releases Releases

• All IBS customers have been updated to Version 9 or higher as of Y2K

Upgrade Path

• All version 9 and below releases upgrade to IBSV9R2M6W then IBSV11M0
• All version 10 releases upgrade to IBSV11M0
