  • part 1 (white) - kept for records
  • part 2 (yellow) - returned to customer with monthly statements
• 3 part
  • part 1 (white) - kept for records
  • part 2 (yellow) - given to customer upon delivery
  • part 3 (pink) - returned to customer with monthly statements
• 4 part
  • part 1 (white) - kept for records
  • part 2 (yellow) - given to customer upon delivery
  • part 3 (pink) - used for loading docks or warehouse records
  • part 4 (blue) - returned to customer with monthly statements
