I want to setup a completely new employee

  • MU 17 (Employee Mgt Menu)
  • MU 17, 1 Setup a user
  • MU 17, 2 Setup the salesperson code
  • MU 17, 3 Setup system access
    • Multi-location users should have 1 access code per location
  • MU 17, 4 Give permissions for PC access (not required)
  • MU 17, 5 Setup for payroll (only if using IBS payroll)

  • Type changes then press ENTER

I want to add sign-on locations to an existing user (Multi-location users)

  • A (Add new user)
  • key in the new security code
  • Key in the location and access information (see below)

  • F3 six times to page 4
  • F9 to go to page 5
  • Type in workstation
  • Change default location
