• If the period closes successfully you will be returned to the command line

• If the audit journal hasn't been run (AR 1) you will receive the error message 'AUDIT JOURNAL NOT RUN'

• If the period is out of balance you will receive the error message 'AUDIT JOURNAL NOT RUN'

F24 (Shift F12) Cancel Option

• Press F24 (Shift-F12)

• Type a '0' (zero) then press ENTER
