Payroll Quarterly Processing

PR Option #7 (Quarterly Processing)

• Go to menu PR (Payroll Update)
• Take option 7 (Quarterly Processing)
• Enter the company number (Usually '001') then press ENTER.
  
• Enter the statement date
  
  • Enter date in MMDDYY format
• The following items will run and display before the next prompt.
  
• Next enter Y to close and reset quarterly reports or N to print without closing the quarter
  
• Final message will ask for a '0' (Zero) to finish processing.
• The finished report will then print to the default system or workstation printer.
