PP 6 - Problems & Errors

Check Register Required

• Type a '0' continue then
• Return to PP Option 2 and select your reports
• Once your reports are printed you can take option '5' (Print Checks) again.

Error message that may appear when selecting 'Y' to hold reports

• Payroll Check Printing Executing
  Is there another company to be processed?
  
  Options: Y - Yes
  N - no
  Enter missing parameter
  N
  Do you wish to hold printing of reports until end of job
  
  Options: Y - Yes
  N - no
  Enter missing parameter
  Y << error only occurs when a 'Y' is entered here.

  *** ERROR *** see statement:

  SYS1089 Options ( 3)
  Invalid FORMSNO parm. Must be 0-4 chars.
• recover by typing a '3' (Cancel) and press ENTER.

Temporary Fix

• select the option again
• Run the print checks option again with a 'N' (do not hold) for your reports.

Permanent Fix

• Call IBS to fix error
