PR 7 - Run Quarterly Reports

*CRITICAL*

  • DO NOT SELECT 'Y' (YES) TO CLEAR OUT THE QUARTERLY TOTALS UNLESS THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO

Quick Guide

  • PR (Payroll Reports)
  • Option 7 (Quarterly processing)
  • Enter company number FIELD EXIT then press ENTER to confirm
  • F7 to begin processing
  • Enter quarter ending date 'MMDDYY'
  • Enter a 'N' to not clear the totals totals or
    Enter a 'Y' to clear the quarterly totals
  • Enter a '0' (numeric zero) to begin processing reports
