• Please note that IBS does not manufacture, develop or support most PC software packages.  We provide only limited support for these products. 
• PC Software support and/or installation assistance are billed at our current hourly rates (billed on a 1/2 hour basis).
• If you require regular PC Software support you may consider asking us about the outside PC Software support package

Recommended Software for your PC

Every PC should have the following software installed:

CRITICAL - 1 Firewall (not more than 1),
CRITICAL - 1 Anti-Virus Protection Package (not more than 1)
CRITICAL - 1 or more Anti-Spyware package(s)
Important - 1 or more registry repair package(s)

• Firewall (to protect your pc against hackers),

• Anti-Virus (to protect against hackers),

• Spyware Detector (to protect against identity theft) and a

• Registry Repair (to fix maintain your pc) program
