Monitor Information and Assistance
Warranty Guidelines
To determine your Monitor or Terminal display brand check the manufacturer
sticker on the back of the display.
The manufacturer sticker will contain the following information
- Model Type
- Part Number
- Serial Number
- Date of Manufacture
New monitors come with a 1-3 year warranty
- If registration card was never completed the manufacturer warranty is
based on the actual date of manufacture
- If registration card was completed the warranty is based on the date of
invoicing
Refurbished monitors typically come with a 30-90 day warranty.
- If your refurbished monitor was purchased from IBS Lumber Software Inc it comes
with a minimum 90-day warranty.

If equipment failure
is less than 30 days from date of purchase call IBS for
replacement.

If equipment failure
is greater than 30 days from date of purchase you must contact
the manufacturer. IBS can assist with phone numbers or
directions to their websites if requested.

If equipment failure is covered
under an extended warranty separate from the manufacturer
warranty you must contact the extended warranty specialists.
All documentation is included with the original equipment
delivery.
