- Order and install at all locations required communications (normally
one of the following)
- Cable Modem Services
- DSL Services,
- Multi-point services
- Point-to-point services
- Radio communications
- Satellite services
- VPNs,
- Order cable from IBS
Hire cable installation company and/or electrician to run lines
- Forward VPN or Modem password and login information to IBS
- Order /schedule any additional phone services
- Tentatively schedule installation date(s) with IBS
- Forward a floor plan (hand-drawn is acceptable) with markings
indicating where you want networked PCs, terminals and printers located
- Contact us regarding any custom programming

We always attempt to purchase our airline tickets with a
21+ day lead time in order to save you money!

- You should have your G/L chart of accounts by now
Please note: we are not an accounting firm.
You should always consult with a CPA prior to establishing a G/L chart of
accounts. IBS does not offer professional accounting advice.
We will gladly consult and work with your preferred accounting firm.
- Forward an advance copy of your conversion data for testing
- Conversion data delivered in ASCII
deliminated text format or ASCII Fixed record length can be converted at
no charge
- If data cannot be delivered in
required format additional charges will apply if we convert your
existing data
- Please note we only convert what we
are given and it is a best faith effort.
- Your iSeries server will be arriving unless we bring it with us

haven't
- Printers, Monitors & Terminals will begin arriving
- Is your phone/network services running? It should be setup by
now.

- Alert local police to the days that we will be working at your
location
- Building Access
- Write down any required security system access codes
for building access
- Make a key to all locations
- If key and/or security code access is not available
then we will need one person to give us access after hours and secure
the building after we leave
- Make a emergency after-hours contact person list
- Make a contact person listing
- Who is in charge of phone services?
- Who is in charge of the current network?
- Who do we contact for after hours emergencies?
- If we don't have keys or security access who do we
call to lock up?
- Any other useful contact people...
