• Current Software Versions include
  • V5R4, V5R3, V5R2, V5R1, V5R0
  • V4R5, V4R4, V4R3, V4R2

OS/400 (IBM's AS/400 Operating System

• Software name refers to the IBM AS/400 Server class v4r1m0 or lower
• Current software versions include
  • V4R1, V4R0, V3R7 (RISC Class processor)
  • V3R2 (CISC Class processor)
  • All versions V3R1 and below

Checking your OS/400 release

• go to a command line
• type 'go licpgm'
  
• take option 10
  
• when the screen displays press F11 (Display Release)
  
• look at the release level
