Questions & Answers

• Q. My trial doesn't show the current entries but my GI (G/L Inquiry screen does display)

  A. Close the period(s) in question.  The trial balance should now reflect the latest information
   

• Q. After closing the periods my trial balance still does not show the recurring journal entries

  A. Manually open (instructions to reopen) and then re-close the period(s) again.  The information will now display when you run your trial balance report.
