Entering Federal / State ID Numbers

• Go to MENU PU (Payroll Update)
  
• Select Option 19 (Federal/State ID)
  
• Next key in the data as follows
  • Company Number
    Usually company number '001' or '1'
  • Tax ID Type (F-Federal/S-State)
    Key in 'F' for Federal ID or 'S' for State ID
  • State Code
    If you selected 'S' for State above key in the state ID (i.e. AK, KY, NC, NY, DC, etc.)
  • Action Code

    A - Add a new code (none is existing)
    C - Change or view an existing code
    D - Delete the code from the system

• Finally key in the id code then press ENTER.
