How to Delete an Unposted Batch

• Go to General Leger Updates (GU)
• Take option 3 (Transaction Processing Menu
  
• Take option 1 (Enter Journal Transactions)
  
• Press ENTER to display all batches
  
• Place a '1' (one) beside the batch you want to delete
  
• Press F4 twice (Delete) to remove the batch
  1st F4 to delete
  
  2nd F4 to confirm deletion
  
• Batch is immediately deleted upon pressing the 2nd F4
